陳皮，又稱橘皮，是成熟橘子皮曬乾後製成的中藥材，廣泛用於中醫和日常食療中。它具有多種藥理作用和保健功效：
- 理氣健脾：調理脾胃，改善腸道蠕動、消化不良、腹脹、食慾不振。
- 燥濕化痰：常用於咳痰多、慢性支氣管炎等。
