- 糖尿病患者不能吃乾果,乾果血糖值過高;
- 水果宜在兩餐之間吃,才不致造成高血糖;
- 糖尿病患者吃水果量要減半,如一次吃半個或 1/4個蘋果;
- 糖尿病患者如果餐前已吃過較多水果,飯量就要酌減;
- 糖尿病患者不能不吃水果,果糖營養價值高,有利腦力活動。
