Sales Tax
8.25% sales tax will be applied to purchases ordered within California, USA.
Domestic orders
Shipping is FREE for any purchase over $100.00 within the United States of America. A shipping charge of $6.95 is applied for all purchases under $100. All orders should be received within five business days via UPS Ground or Postal Services.
Ship to Mainland China
All orders ship to Mainland China will be delivered via door-to-door express services. For better delivery services, please type the receiver's name, phone # and detail street address properly in Chinese.
Shipping is FREE for any purchase of TWO packages of our premium products (e.g. 6 bottles of Bone Essense plus 5 bottles of VigorHeart or other items) in total. A shipping charge of $29.50 is applied for all purchases less than two packages.
Shipping fee will be charged based on the actual weight and shipping methods for a few items, including fish oil, soy lecithin, 6 in 1 SuperOmega, Soy Protein, calcium products. Our sales specialists will call you and inform you about the charges if your order contains items listed above. Orders should be received within ten to fifteen business days.
International Orders
Shipping fees will be charged based on the actual weight and shipping methods for a few items, including fish oil, soy lecithin, 6 in 1 SuperOmega, Soy Protein, aloe vera, and garlic oil softgels. Our sales specialists will call you and inform you about the charges if your order contains items listed above.
$29.50 ($25.00 to Canada) shipping fee will be applied for the first package, the second or more is free of shipping charge. All international orders should be received within ten to fifteen business days.
All orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Services) by postal services. Tracking number for each order is available upon request, please contact our sales representative info@1688best.com for your orders. All packages can be tracked at www.usps.com.
The shipping and handling fee does not include any custom duties, sales tax and/or any additional charges occurred at the designated country.
Expedited services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.) are available upon request, any additional shipping cost will be borne by the customers.

Return Policy
Best in Nature or 1688best.com accepts any unopened items for a full refund within 30 days after shipment with a proof of purchase and all necessary shipping and handling fees provided by customers. Please consult our sales representative via phone 909-839-2880, or email (sales@1688best.com) for further assistance.
Here are the rules to follow for your return:
You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days. Each return MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. To Request RMA #, please call Customer Service at 1-909-839-2880. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, simply call us to get a RMA Number and send it back to us and we will ship a replacement out to you free of charge. If you changed your mind and want to exchange the product for another one, we can do this with no problem. Because of our extremely low profit margins, we must charge you shipping for the second shipment. Just return the product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any fee or credit will be put on your credit card. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.
One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns. When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. We will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
Return Policy for Refunds
Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.
Return Shipping Cost:
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Cancelled order must be called in before 11 a.m. PST to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost), no email accepted. For any refused package or any returns to www.1688best.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.
Return Procedure:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be obtained by calling customer service by 1-909-839-2880. 1688best.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to www.1688best.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include free gifts, the original packaging material and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. www.1688best.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
